On this Martin Luther King Jr. Day, you’re going to see a lot of heartfelt tributes to Dr. King’s messages, and all of them worth reading or watching. This one isn’t quite that, but it is certainly of the same vein.

Actor Cameron Bhola and comedian Moshe Kravitsky test the resolve of an entire subway train car when Kravitsky, a Jewish man, picks a fight with Bhola, who is black. Things get heated. And then they get funny.

We hate to get all, “WHAT HAPPENS NEXT WILL SURPRISE YOU!” but … what happens next will surprise you.

“As both of us have a love of acting and inspiring others, we resolved to stage a race-centric argument on the subway that would start off like most others [sic] fights, over something small like a subway seat,” Bhola wrote in the video’s description. “The fact that I’m Black and he’s White and Jewish — right there, you’ve got all the usual stereotypes at play in the background. But we wanted to end with a curve-ball out of left field.”
