Embattled Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel allegedly struck his ex-girlfriend during an argument last week in which she also claimed he appeared to be on drugs.

According to the police report released Thursday and viewed by the Associated Press, Colleen Crowley claims that Manziel was ‘aggressive’ toward her on Friday evening at a Dallas hotel. She claims that Manziel hit her in the left ear before driving back to her apartment in Fort Worth. During the trip, she alleges that the 2012 Heisman Trophy winner from Texas A&M, struck her several times, AP reports.

Crowley also added that she ran from her apartment to a neighbor’s house on Saturday to get away from Manziel, who reportedly fled the scene on foot.

Manizel is being investigated in the incident but both Fort Worth and Dallas police have not charged him with a crime. AP notes that the quarterback, who has long been the talk of trade rumors, may be facing punishment by the NFL.

“We are aware of the police report. Our review is continuing,” league spokesman Greg Aiello told AP.

According to the news site, this is the second time that Manziel has been under review for a domestic incident. In October, police were called after a roadside argument in Avon, Ohio, between Manziel and Crowley, became heated. The NFL cleared Manziel of all wrongdoing in the incident.

“I’m completely stable,” Manziel told TMZ Thursday adding that he didn’t hit his ex-girlfriend.

Dallas police told AP that the after conducting a follow-up investigation, Manziel’s case has been closed.

Fort Worth police determined “no reported criminal offense occurred” within the city’s jurisdiction, AP reports.
