TV screens, newspaper spreads and radio broadcasts have painted a picture of havoc and lawlessness, and not unfairly. But that’s far from the whole story. Not all of Baltimore’s protesters are violent, not all of Baltimore’s unrest is unruly, and not all voices in the city are being heard.
