Like all great love stories, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s started with a cheesy first date.
Unlike most people’s first dates, however, Kimye’s was captured on camera. It’s almost as if she knew her relationship would become a huge aspect of her ever-profitable life!
On Monday, the reality TV queen uploaded a short clip of what seems to have been the couple’s first outing. In the video, the two unleash their inner kids, Tom Hanks-style, on the “Big” piano at iconic (and permanently closed) New York City toy store FAO Schwarz. Their song of choice? “Heart and Soul.”

The date reportedly took place back in 2012, Life & Style reports. An onlooker who saw the couple told the magazine, “Kanye had the biggest grin on his face while bouncing back and forth playing ‘Heart and Soul,’ while Kim tried to keep up!”
The two also apparently browsed through the children’s books and watched some sort of magic trick presentation. Oh, and Kim bought an Uglydoll.
The rest is history.
