Rowland spoke with HuffPost Live ;in March and talked about the pressure of raising a black son. She said she wanted to raise Titan ;to be a “great man” with good values, morals and self-worth. ;
“I don’t want him to get it from the rest of the world,” said Rowland. “He needs to get it from home, so that when he goes into the world, he has a great sense of self-respect and identity and he knows who he is and he has respect for others as well.” ;
