An extremely displeased Wendy’s customer is now facing charges after she allegedly attacked and bit an employee over a wrong order, WTVR reports.

Wendy’s manager Latanya Nelson was cornered by Lovely Robinson, 25, at a Richmond, Va., Wendy’s Monday night when the incident occurred, authorities say. Robinson reportedly stormed into the fast-food restaurant after changing her order from two regularly priced spicy chicken sandwiches to four .99-cent spicy chicken sandwiches, according to the report.

“I’m guessing she only had $4 instead of $11,” Nelson told the news station.

“She came in cursing and said, ‘I’ll come across the counter,'” Nelson added. “So I said, ‘OK.’  She jumped over, so I defended myself.”

“She didn’t have me in size, but she had heart, I’ll give her that,” Nelson said. “I told her, ‘You can’t be in here. You gotta go.'”

That was when, according to officials, the unbelievable happened. Robinson allegedly clamped her mouth down right above Nelson’s left knee, ultimately leaving a large, bruising bite mark just above the joint. Nelson said she had no choice but to continue punching the woman as she was being bitten.

Robinson has been charged with malicious wounding, intentionally damaging property, preventing law enforcement from making an arrest and trespassing.
