On Tuesday evening, the White House released the results of President Barack Obama’s latest physical—and reports that the president’s health is “excellent.” He currently takes no medications and maintains a regimen of preventive care that has decreased his weight and cholesterol levels.

The memo, entitled, “The President’s Periodic Physical Exam,” was written by POTUS’s personal physician, Dr. Ronny L. Jackson.

Obama had his fourth physical exam as president in February, according to the Associated Press. His weight has come down since he has been in office: He weighed 179.9 pounds in 2010, went up to 181.3 pounds in 2011 and then back down to 180 pounds in 2014. The president’s weight today is 175 pounds, with a body mass index of 22.8 percent; his blood pressure is 110/68; and his resting heart rate is 56 beats per minute.

Obama’s vision is 20/20, and results for other areas—from pulmonary and cardiac to gastrointestinal, neurological and even skin—all fall in the normal range, according to the White House.

His total cholesterol has dropped from 213 to 188. The president’s LDL, or “bad” cholesterol, is at 125. The recommended level is below 130, according to AP. His HDL, or “good” cholesterol level, is 68; the recommended level is at least 60.

The president’s only medications are vitamin D (which reports indicate that all Americans—and especially African Americans—need more of); Nexium for occasional acid reflux; Malarone, for when he travels to countries where malaria may be endemic; and, occasionally, nicotine gum.

“The president continues to focus on healthy lifestyle choices. He eats a healthy diet, remains tobacco-free, and only drinks alcohol occasionally and in moderation. He continues to exercise daily, with a focus on aerobic fitness and resistance weight training,” Jackson writes.

In summary, the report says, “All clinical data indicates that the president is currently very healthy and will remain so for the duration of his presidency.”
