Katherine McKee, ex-girlfriend of Sammy Davis Jr., is the latest woman to sue Bill Cosby for defamation.

McKee says she became friends with Cosby after appearing on an episode of “The Bill Cosby Show” in 1971, TMZ reports.

The celebrity news site adds that McKee claims Cosby invited her to his Detroit hotel room in 1974; he asked her to bring ribs. In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, McKee says that when she arrived, Cosby (wearing a bathrobe) greeted her before throwing the ribs aside and proceeding to attack her. McKee alleges that Cosby pulled down her undergarments and sexually assaulted her.

In 2014, McKee also told her story to the New York Daily News, stating the same details.

McKee’s suit comes just a day after Cosby sued supermodel Beverly Johnson, also for defamation. The comedian reportedly claims that Johnson is using her story to revive her career, according to TMZ.

Cosby’s lawsuit against Johnson, obtained by AP (via Page Six), states:

“[Johnson’s] false allegations against Mr. Cosby have been the centerpiece of her attempted resurgence and she has played them to the hilt, repeatedly and maliciously publishing the false accusations in articles, interviews, and television appearances.”

Johnson responded to the countersuit with the following statement (sent to The Huffington Post via email by her publicist):

“I am aware of the statements from Bill Cosby. In cases of rape and abuse, abusers will do whatever they can to intimidate and weaken their victims to force them to stop fighting. I ask for your support of all of the victims involved. Thank you.”

Last week, Cosby also sued seven of his other accusers for defamation, claiming that the women “knowingly published false statements and accusations” against him.

More than 50 women have come forward with allegations of sexual assault or misconduct against Bill Cosby.

No criminal charges have ever been filed against Cosby and his lawyers maintain that the allegations are false. However, the comedian has testified under oath that he purchased Quaaludes with the intention of giving them to women he wanted to have sex with.

We have reached out to Cosby’s publicist and lawyer for comment and will update if we receive new information.
