Valentine’s Day is upon us, which means single women everywhere are at risk for receiving the following texts from their moms: “whatevr happened to Jon from high school??? he was so cute!” or “R U OK???” followed by a nonsensical string of emojis.
It’s because they love you! It’s because they’re so worried! They just want you to find someone nice!!
In the PSA above, we hear from the women of the Single American Daughters (SAD) foundation, who bust open the truth about an epidemic plaguing our nation. This February 14th, these daughters are begging worried moms: Please stop. Because on Valentine’s Day, the greatest gift you can give is silence.
