RZA was not at the home when the stabbing happened; he and other members of the influential rap group performed later that day in Austin, Texas, headlining the Fun Fun Fun Fest.
Williams was unable to confirm what prompted the stabbing but said state police expect to release more information Monday. ;
A representative for RZA did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
