There’s something we absolutely love about seeing queens link up. And the recent meeting between The Little Mermaid star Halle Bailey and Vice President Kamala Harris was a welcomed reminder.

The joyful moment unfolded when Halle joined ’90s rock icon Alanis Morrissette for a special performance at a fundraiser for the Vice President. Held in Los Angeles, the event was the first official fundraiser following VP Harris’s acceptance as the official Democratic nominee for the upcoming election.

Shortly after the event, Halle shared a two-slide carousel post on social media, capturing her experience. The first slide features a snippet of Halle performing her Grammy-nominated song “Angel” solo with a mic. Halle sings emphatically to the camera and presumed crowd. In the second slide, Halle meets Vice President Harris. The two hug – and the moment is everything.

“👼🏽omg omg pinch me i came straight off the plane from Paris to sing for our beautiful vice president @kamalaharris 👼🏽💕thank you for inviting me it was an honor to sing today 🥰,” Halle captioned her IG recap.

Halle Bailey selects a black sophisticated suit for her ‘presidential appearance’ that we love.

The new mother opted for a chic, youthful look for the occasion. We are obsessed.

She wore a fitted black suit with slightly flared trousers and a cropped jacket with wide lapels. She styled her signature locs in a chin-length wavy bob. Her makeup was glowing with statement eyeshadow, soft pink blush, and a natural lip color.

Fans couldn’t get enough and flocked to her comment section. Many praised her soft voice, while others gushed over her support for the VP and her sophisticated fit.

Hollywood support for Vice President Kamala Harris continues to pour in.

Halle is just one of several celebs showing love for VP Harris’ campaign.

Beyoncé reportedly gave the campaign permission to use her hit “Freedom.” Taylor Swift surprised many with her endorsement after the first presidential debate. And Megan Thee Stallion performed at Harris’s first Georgia rally, sparking the creation of “Hotties for Harris.”

Queens supporting queens: we love to see it.
