DALLAS (AP) — A Dallas-area man suspected of killing two people and wounding another in Oregon has been fatally shot by police in Texas. Dallas police said in a statement Wednesday that officers killed Colby Robinson during a chase in DeSoto, 15 miles south of Dallas. A bystander was wounded in the Tuesday night incident. Robinson had been charged with two counts of aggravated murder in the Friday night shooting deaths of Gary Pham and his sister-in-law, Susie Pham, whose husband was wounded in the attack. Dallas police said a woman who was hit by stray police gunfire is in a hospital in stable condition.
