A Washington white woman who initially claimed that a teenager assaulted her is now the one on the wrong end of the law.
On Oct. 25, Jennifer Vincent called the authorities, telling them that a teen at Pioneer Park in Tumwater, Wash. pushed her, according to KING 5 News.
