“Both of them were dehydrated, had old bruises and new bruises, several scratches,” Bexar County Sheriff’s Office spokesman James Keith told the Express News Saturday. “The little girl had what appeared to be a fractured arm and injuries to her foot.”

Child Protective Services spokeswoman Mary Walker to the newspaper that the two children found outside the home were recovering in the hospital while the other six children, aged 10 months to 13 years old, found in the home, will remain in CPS custody.
