Pennsylvania police have issued a warrant for the arrest of a Brownsville woman who is accused of cyberbullying her teen son’s ex-girlfriend, including sending to the girl’s family via Facebook a nude photo the girl had taken of herself a few years ago.

Danita Michaux, 40, is wanted on charges that include felony sexual abuse of children, cyber harassment of a child, which is a misdemeanor, and a felony count of criminal use of a communication facility, according to the criminal complaint viewed by WTAE.

According to the news station, in 2013, the victim, who was 12 at the time, dated Michaux’s son, who was either 11 or 12 at the time. The two broke up, and the girl says that she began to be bullied by Michaux’s family, including the posting to a Facebook account in 2014 of a nude photo that she had reportedly sent to her boyfriend at the time.

The girl also says that her aunt received harassing messages from a Facebook account titled Danity Michaux.

“The results of a search warrant for the Facebook account of Danita Nicole Michaux were received, reviewed, and contained the harassing communication, including the photograph of [the 12-year-old girl] in full frontal nudity from the waist up, and disparaging remarks about the victim[’s] sexuality,” police said in a complaint viewed by the news station.

“The photograph was received via Facebook by Danita Nicole Michaux and then forwarded via Facebook to [the girl’s aunt],” the police complaint read.
