The diva ;spent Halloween trick-or-treating with her estranged husband Nick Cannon ;and their twins, Monroe and Moroccan. The foursome went all out, with Carey dressed in a sexy witch costume, Cannon donning a Hulk outfit and “dem babies” dressed as Batman and Batgirl. (Adorable, as always.)

The singer shared a photo of herself and her kids on Instagram with the caption, “A #ghoulicious time with dem babies #halloween.” ;

Once they finished trick-or-treating, the former couple partied at Carey’s rented Airbnb mansion in Beverly Hills. But Cannon didn’t stay long — he left before Carey’s new man arrived, leaving no opportunity for drama. ;
