A man who reportedly claims to be from four years in the future where everyone is dead was arrested after assaulting a fast-food restaurant employee and stealing chicken and bacon, KOCO reports.

Dante Rashad Anderson is accused of walking into Carl’s Jr. and screaming at employees to give him food, before being turned away. Anderson, 36, then turned to a nearby Arby’s demanding food there as well.

An employee at the Arby’s told police that Anderson jumped on top of the counter and jumped off, before walking to the kitchen, grabbing her by her arms and forcing her against a wall. Andereson then grabbed a handful of chicken and bacon and walked out. As he left, he reportedly broke the restaurant’s front door, although it is not known how he managed to do so.

With bacon in hand, Anderson reportedly walked down an intersection, kicking cars as he went.

The authorities caught up with Anderson shortly after, finding him lying on the ground near a Taco Mayo. He told officers that he just wanted food because he was hungry and nobody helps him.

“I got bacon and chicken and I scared the lady,” Anderson reportedly told police “She thought I was going to hurt her, but I was not. I was just hungry and wanted some food. That is what I have to do to get food…I knew I was going to jail for doing this, but no one wants to help me out.”

“I am four years advanced on you, and you guys are always trying [to] kill me,” he added, the report said. “On my planet Earth, everyone is dead and I walked here from there.”

“He was possibly under the influence of some sort of narcotic or intoxin, or suffering some type of break with reality,” Oklahoma City Police Msgt. Gary Knight told the news station.

Anderson was taken to a hospital to have his ankle looked at, before being booked into Oklahoma County jail on complaints of assault and battery, larceny and destruction of property.
