A Clarksville, Ind. man has been charged for making threats against Presidential candidate Donald Trump, WLKY reports.

Richard Deville Jr. is accused of posting a threatening video on YouTube, which was put under scrutiny after someone hundreds of miles away saw the 3 1/2 minute video and contacted the authorities in Atlanta. Federal agents in Louisville became involved, and in the last 48 hours the Secret Sevice began investigating.

Deville was arrested on Thursday in New Albany and is facing charges of intimidation and unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, the news station notes.

In the video, the 26-year-old can be seen holding two guns with his face covered by a blue bandana. Deville tells Trump that he’s going to “take his life,” and that he believes Trump will “put blacks back to slaves.” He also blasts Trump for his policies on immigration and minorities.

“It was very strongly worded, and I think the message needs to be sent that’s not allowed and we’re going to hold someone criminally liable for that, Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson told the newspaper. “Our country stands for freedom of speech but it absolutely cannot tolerate someone’s life being threatened because they run for office.”

Authorities have said that the guns, which were loaded, did not belong to Deville.

Deville said that he shot the video because he thought it would make him look cool, according to a possible cause affidavit, the news station notes.
