We’ve made a lot of progress in this country combating racism — but not enough. As racist college parties, everyday tweets and the causes behind movements like #OscarsSoWhite and #Black Lives Matter show us, there’s still a long way to go. 

Facing the reality of racism requires us to understand its history, especially if we are ever to create a better and more equal America. 

With that in mind, we created a quiz to see how well YOU know your history on racism. The answer key can be found in the slideshow at the bottom.
