Congratulations are in order for Eddie Murphy and his girlfriend of four years, Paige Butcher.
The couple are expecting their first child together, Murphy’s rep confirmed to ET. The child will be the first for Butcher, 36, and ninth for Murphy, 54. Yahoo! reports the couple are due in May.
Murphy is also father to Eric, 26, with Paulette McNeel and Christian, 25, with Tamara Hood. He shares five children with his ex-wife, Nicole Mitchell: Bria, 25, Myles, 22, Shayne, 21, Zola, 15 and Bella, 13. ;In 2007, it was confirmed that he is the father of Melanie “Mel B” Brown’s daughter, Angel, now 8.
The iconic comedian was recently awarded with the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, and during the ceremony he made his return to stand-up and delivered a much-talked about Bill Cosby impression. Up next, he’s slated to star in Lee Daniels’ Richard Pryor biopic. ;
