In two new videos, BuzzFeed asked women and men what behaviors make them unable to date someone. The answers were a bit different between the dudes and ladies, but all were laugh-worthy.
A few of the deal breakers the women threw around were talking about an ex too much, texting during a date and when a person chews with their mouth open. The guys agreed that anyone who’s constantly on their cell phone is a no-go and good hygiene is definitely necessary. The general consensus between the two groups was that casual racism and homophobia are definitely deal breakers. In other words, don’t be a horrible human.
Two highly specific yet hilarious deal breakers came from a guy who said, “If they haven’t seen ‘Star Wars’ it’s just like nope. Nope sorry” and a woman who said any guy who wears pastel shorts is off her dating list.
At the end of the day, everyone agreed that there are a lot of silly deal breakers — but compromise is everything if you really like someone.
